SCIENCE FICTION ANIME

     Hello everyone,today i want to talk about Science Fiction  Anime or sci-fi anime in which it has become a really popular genre among the teenagers and adults especially for the guys.Science fiction is a speculative genre which builds for imagination.Sci-fi anime ask,"what if things were different?" or we can say "thinking outside the box".They explore a new world,whether it's the world from the future or past,a present Earth with a changed history,a land that was previously unknown,or another planet entirely.This genre commonly features humanity inquisitiveness and innovation,as they grapple with new technologies,new society or new frontiers in outer space.

Below are severals sci-fi anime that you must watch before you die;

1.Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood

(Hagane no Renkinjutsushi)

     Released in April 2009.PLOT;Brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric are raised by their mother in the village named Resembool in the country of Amestris.Their father Hohenheim,a very gifted alchemist abandoned his family while the boys are still  young.

However,when their mother died of a lingering illnes,they were cared for by their best friend Winry Rockbell and her grandmother Pinako.The boys advanced their alchemic training under Izumi Curtis.Upon returning home after a long training season,the two decide to try to bring their mother back to life with alchemy.

However,human transmutation is a taboo,as it is impossible to do so properly.In the failed transmutation that result.Alphonse's body is completely obliterated and Edward loses his left leg.In a last ditch attempt to keep his brother alive,Edward sacrifices his right arm to bring Alphonse's soul back and houses it in a nearby suit of armor.

After that incident,the brothers decide to burn their childhood home down (symbolizing their determination and decision of no returning back) and head to the capital to become a government sanctioned State Alchemists.

After passing the exam,Edward is dubbed the "Fullmetal Alchemist" by the State Military,and the brothers begin their quest to discover the nature of the fabled Philosopher's Stone,under the direction of Colonel Mustang.

Along the way,they discover a deep government conspiracy to hide the true nature of the Philosopher's Stone that involves the Homonculus(undead creatures),the alchemists of the neighboring nation of Xing,the scarred man from the war-torn nation of Ishbal,and their own father's past.

 2.Attack on Titan

(Shingeki no Kyojin)

     Released in September 2013.PLOT;Over 100 year before the beginning of the story,giant humanoid creatures called Titan(Kyojin) suddenly appeared and nearly wiped out humanity, devouring them without remorse or reason.What remain of humanity now resides witihn three enormous concentric walls; the outermost is Wall Maria: the middle wall is Wall Rose and the innermost is Wall Sina.Inside the wall,humanity has lived in uneasy peace for 100 hundred years; 

many people growing up without ever having seen a Titan.

This all changes when one day,a giant 60 meter(200 ft)-tall Colosuss Titan mysteriously appears after a strike of lightning and breaches the outer wall of Shinganshina district,a town at Wall Maria,allowing the smaller Titans to invade the district.

This story revolves around the adventures of Eren Yeager,his foster sister Mikasa Ackerman, and their childhood friend Armin Arlert.After the wall which protect their hometown of Shinganshina is breached by the Colossal Titan,Eren watches in horror as one of the titans eats his mother.

Vowing to kill all the Titan,Eren enlist in the military, along with his friends.Five years later,the three cadets graduates are positioned in Trost District.In the ensuing battle with the Titans,Eren is eaten by one of them before Armin's eyes.

A Titan later appears and begins fighting with the other Titans while ignoring humans; the Titan is revealed to be Eren,who was developed the ability to transform into one.
